Colors: Black, Sashiko Check PatternAvailable in two colors, this 100% Mikawa Cotton Carry Bag is made in the same workshop as most of our Dogi, and with the same fabric as our single weave AS200 and AS250 models for example.
Extremely resistant and smooth on the skin, it is 100% made in Japan from one of the very last cotton productions in Japan. The Sashiko pattern is woven following the traditional "rice grain" pattern used for Dogi, making this bag a discreet reference to your martial arts affinities.Spacious and sturdy, this Carry Bag offers the perfect storage capacity for a studious seminar trip or a small week-end holiday!
It also features a functional divided (and closed) interior pocket large enough to easily fit your wallet, phone or any small belongings.
Thanks to its handles it can be both carried over the shoulder or by hand, making it especially practical.
The bottom of the bag features a removable hard-plate, adding to its sturdiness. It also offers a pressure button and side snap-hooks, allowing you to keep your personal belongings safely stored.
The inside of the bag also has a nylon lining, giving it an elevated look.Our tip? You can even add brooches, patches etc. you already own, turning it into a one-of-a-kind bag just for you!
Washing instruction
The inside of the Seido Keiko Tote - Japanese Sashiko Bag is not laminated, making washing slightly easier.
To do so, mix some water under 40°C and mild neutral laundry detergent in a bucket. Submerge the bag inside and softly rub with your hands. Once you’re done, change the water and rinse your bag. After rinsing the bag, lightly squeeze the water out, roll it in a towel and gently squeeze again. Lastly, take it out, shape it and let it air dry in the shade. -
