About Our Karategi Jacket & Pants
During summer, a significant number of practitioners prefer the lighter Karategi as opposed to heavy Aikidogi. Our Karategi are made according to the "traditional" cut, with a slightly tighter fit, with "long" sleeves and pants (comparable to that of the Aikidogi, and different from the main tendance in Karate where sleeves and pants have shorten quite a lot the past decade).
They are made in the same workshop that makes our Aikidogi (learn more about the workshops on our Artisans Presentation Page), we offer four models from 100% cotton, light, medium, and heavy. To help you select the correct size, the products below are presented independently as jackets and pants. You can refer to the "How to Choose Your Karategi" page to help you make your choice.
All our Karategi being made to order, the shipping time is 2 to 5 weeks.
