Seido offers the fastest service in Japan; that's a fact. Still, we're not magicians, and current global conditions have created a few constraints. For anyone hoping to receive their order before Christmas, here is our timeline to help avoid any bad surprises!
- Made-to-order products: Order before November 25th, and you will be delivered before Christmas (some products may have longer production times; please double-check the shipping date in the cart when ordering).
- In-stock products shipped via FedEx, DHL, or UPS: the last chance to get items with embroideries/engravings delivered before Christmas is December 16th.
- We usually deliver in 4-7 days in Europe and North America.
- We'll be open until December 26th, then closed from the 27th to January 4th, for our winter holidays.
Finally, please understand that our carriers don't employ magical reindeer, and Santa Claus isn't running customs. Hence, on-time order delivery cannot be guaranteed 100% so please don't wait until the last minute to order!
