All Japan Aikido Embukai 2025
On May 24th, the 62nd All Japan Aikido Demonstration takes place. We're all excited about this event! While some of our team members will be visiting the Budokan privately, we won’t have an official booth presence there.
However, if you wish to buy equipment, you can order directly through our website, get it delivered to your hotel during your stay, or pick up your prepaid order at our facility.
Hotel Delivery
- Check that the shipping date indicated in the cart, plus 2 working days for delivery, matches your stay. We unfortunately cannot speed up the process.
- Confirm with your hotel that they accept deliveries.
- Enter the address of your hotel/place of stay as a delivery address. (No worries, it can be in English, we'll translate it for you.)
- Let us know in a comment in the order the exact timeframe of your stay at the place for delivery.
- Don't forget to enter a reachable Japanese phone number for the delivery (hotel phone number, etc.)
Order pick-up
Pick-up is possible, but please note that we can't welcome customers or directly sell products in our office, we only hand over prepaid orders.
The train ride from somewhere in town like Shinjuku to our facility in Wakoshi, Saitama, and back costs about 500 JPY and takes 2 hours.
Shipping fees to a location/hotel in Tokyo are 700 JPY for most orders, hence, this is what we recommend to most customers.
If you are interested in a pick-up, please order and pay through the website, fill in our address in the delivery address information, and leave a note in the cart specifying that you wish to do a pick-up order and your preferred pickup date and time.
The estimated shipping date (+one business day) displayed in the cart will be the date from which you can pick up your order.
Pick-ups are possible from 10:00 to 16:00 on weekdays once your order is ready, but please note that we are closed on national holidays and weekends.
