Ideal front strap calculation For Aikido: - Front strap : "waist/hips size" x 4 + ~80 cm" - Back strap : "waist/hips size x 2 + 20~30 cm" Note: The straps are measured in their entirety, from the left end to the right end, including the middle (Hakama) part. The length of the extension is added to the total of the strap length (e.g. +20 cm equal +10 cm on each side).
